These terms apply to bookings made with Easy Minicab. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
Please ensure pickup time, addresses, and passenger details are correct. We may contact you to confirm details.
2. Pricing
Pricing may be fixed for some routes towards London. If no fixed fare applies, pricing may be based on distance and estimated travel time.
3. Payments
Full payment at the time of booking will apply when online payment is enabled.
4. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time. For cancellations within 24 hours, charges may apply.
