How fares are calculated
Every quote you see includes VAT, parking, tolls and waiting time at the agreed pickup. There is no metered surprise on arrival.
- Distance & time — based on the optimal route at booking time, traffic-aware.
- Vehicle class — Saloon (4 seats), Estate, Executive, MPV (6 seats), 8-seater, or wheelchair-accessible.
- Stops — up to 5 additional waypoints, automatically priced into the quote.
- Time of day — modest night surcharge between 23:00 and 06:00 on local fares; airport fares are flat.
Surcharges & waiting time
- Airport pickups: 30 minutes complimentary wait from flight landing.
- Other pickups: 5 minutes free, then £0.50 per minute.
- Bank holidays & New Year’s Eve: 1.25× tariff applies, shown in the quote.
Payment options
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (in-app), cash to the driver, or against your corporate account. VAT receipts are issued automatically.
