These terms govern the carriage of passengers and items by Easy MiniCab Ltd (“us”). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
All journeys must be pre-booked through our app, website, telephone or corporate portal. We are a private hire operator licensed by [council/TfL]; we cannot accept hails from the street. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking with reasonable cause.
2. Fares
The fare quoted at booking is the fare you pay, including VAT, parking and tolls. Surcharges for changes to the route, additional waiting time over the free allowance, soiling, or for a vehicle being held more than 60 minutes beyond the agreed pickup time will be added to the fare with notice.
3. Cancellations & no-shows
- Local journey: free cancellation up to 30 minutes before pickup; £5 thereafter.
- Airport pickup: free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup; £10 thereafter.
- No-show: full fare may be charged if you do not appear within 30 minutes of your booked time without contacting us.

4. Conduct in the vehicle
We ask passengers to:
- Wear seatbelts at all times
- Refrain from smoking, vaping or consuming alcohol in the vehicle
- Not eat or drink in a way likely to soil the vehicle
- Treat the driver with respect
Drivers may end a journey if a passenger’s behaviour creates an unsafe environment, in which case the fare to that point becomes payable.
5. Soiling charge
A standard £80 cleaning charge applies if a vehicle is soiled (vomit, food spills, broken bottles). For severe soiling requiring professional valet, the actual cost up to £200 may be charged plus the driver’s lost-revenue period.
6. Luggage
We carry standard luggage at no extra charge. Excess or unusual items (e.g. bicycles, surfboards) must be specified at booking; we may refuse if not pre-declared.
7. Children
Children must use an appropriate child seat or booster. Free child seat/booster on request; book 24 hours ahead to guarantee availability.
8. Payment
Card pre-authorisation is taken at booking and the actual fare captured on completion. Account customers are billed monthly per their account terms. Cash bookings settle directly with the driver.

10. Liability
We are insured for Hire & Reward and Public Liability. Our liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party events is limited as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for missed flights, trains or events except where the delay was caused by our default and was reasonably foreseeable.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
