How we plan your day
- Initial call — we capture the timeline, route and number of vehicles needed.
- Site visit if you’d like — useful for tight venues or rural roads.
- Confirmation pack 2 weeks out — route, timings, driver names, contingency.
- The day itself — a coordinator on call from 6am to manage anything unexpected.
Cancellation & deposits
£100 deposit at booking, balance due 14 days before the wedding. Full refund of the balance if you cancel more than 30 days out; 50% if 14–30 days; deposit retained inside 14 days.
